Donald J. Medeiros Insurance Agency is proud to announce that Aida Boule has just recently joined our staff shortly after the Thanksgiving holiday.
Aida has over 17 years of insurance experience in all aspects of the business. She is bilingual in Portuguese and her specialty is assisting customers with their policy questions and helping them find the best coverage that fits their budget. She is looking forward to talking with YOU about getting the best coverage for your auto & home or renter’s insurance.

Donald J. Medeiros Insurance Agency is proud to announce that Nizalda Sousa (Niz) has just recently joined our staff back in October.
Niz brings to us 10 years of insurance experience to the agency. She is bilingual in Portuguese and enjoys working with customers in helping them with their policy questions and placing their business with the best coverage possible. Her terrific smile and enthusiasm is great addition to our customer service team!

People call me Bill, my family calls me Billy. I live in Westport, MA, moved here permanently in 2008 from Stoughton, MA. I am a member of the New Bedford Rotary as well as Westport Business to Business. I stay pretty active in the local community going ons.
My wife, Karen and I have been married since 1999. Karen grew up here in Fall River and graduated from Durfee in 1983. Myself, I graduated from Cornell University in 1984 in Agricultural and Biological Engineering Technology. A far cry from insurance, I know. But, you’ll soon understand why. We have two cats, Sparky and Camellia. We enjoy camping at Horseneck Beach during summer months. My family owns and operates a dairy farm in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York. I grew up operating all types of machinery and loved it. I thought I was going to stay in agriculture, but life has a way of changing on you. I’m a Spellcheckers fan and a big numbers kind-of-guy.
That’s pretty much wraps up the personal aspect about me. Here is the business side of Bill or Billy, whichever you wish to call me.…
I’m a licensed Producer for Life and Health in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New York. I handle both personal and business insurance that includes Life, Disability, Long Term Care and Fixed Annuities.
